Changi Airport (repeatedly named world's best airport) has its own waterfall and butterfly garden worth visiting. The hawker centers offer world-class street food at very affordable prices - this is where locals eat. A Singapore Sling at Raffles Hotel Long Bar is touristy but a rite of passage.
